Jace and Kane Get Baptized!

On Sunday we had Jace baptized.  It was an extra special day because his cousin Kane also was baptized.  The boys both looked adorable in their outfits, but we didn't manage to get a picture of the boys together because as soon as we got home, Curt changed Jace's diaper and he peed all over himself!

We had a wonderful day with our families!

Swim Time!

Today we took Jace swimming for the first time.  I don't know who was more excited, Jace or Curt and I!!!

I couldn't choose my favorite pics so here they all are!  We had such a great time, we will be going back lots I am sure!

 Jace has to wear a "Little Swimmers" diaper...but there was nothing little about it!  It was huge!!!!  This is it, with another diaper underneath so that it wouldn't fall off!!!  What a cutie!

So after about 25 minutes, Jace decided that swimming is hard work and he decided to take a nap in the pool for the last 10 minutes.  Once 10 minutes was up, and he still didn'y wake up, Curt and I decided that swim time was over.  I LOVE the last few pics!

Nap time with dad, and then time to go home.  He slept like a baby when we got home!  He was so relaxed!  We had such a great time with our little man.  Can't wait to do it again!

8 Weeks Already!

Jace is already 8 weeks old!  We went to the doctor for a check up yesterday and Jace is just over 10 pounds!  He is not a chubby baby, but he is very long!  Hopefully he didn't inherit my height, and keeps getting tall like his dad!

 We put Jace in his Bumbo chair for the first time on Monday.  He seems to like it!  His legs look long here because of the sleeper, but his feet barely make it out of the holes!  Too cute!
