Bouncy Castle Fun!

Nana and Papa bought Jace a bouncy castle last weekend.  The weather last weekend wasn't too great yet, so Curt set it up downstairs.  Hours of fun so far!!!

Chatterbox!

Jace has been doing AWESOME with his words.  He is like a little parrot.  You ask him to repeat something and he usually does a really good job at repeating the words back.  So far, here is his list of words that he can say (and actually know what they mean, whether he is asking for one of these things or just pointing it out to us.)

MOMMY     DADDY     JACE     NANA     PAPA     GRANDPA     GRANDMA     KANE     KAYLEE     PUPPY     TIKA     APPLE     PUCK     HOCKEY     BASEBALL     BASKETBALL     BALL     CHEESE     PEAS     BEANS     PLEASE     CAR     ALLIGATOR     CAILOU     CACTUS     SHOES     JUICE     TV     BOOK     BAT     SUE     CAR

Hunger Games

A ton of my students have been bringing the Hunger Games Trilogy to L.A. class to read.  They all promised me the books were awesome, so Curt went out and got them for me.  I LOVED them!  I ended up reading all three books twice in 2 weeks.  I told Curt that we should go to the movie (once the hoards of teenagers had passed) together.  I suggested he read the book first.  So he has been trying to get it done.  Here are some pics of Jace (watching cartoons) and Daddy reading.
